Catering in Wellington
Wellington runs on its own calendar. From roughly January through April the equestrian season fills the town and we cater through it: barn hospitality, sponsor and exhibitor events, tents, and private entertaining at homes across Grand Prix Village and Palm Beach Point. The rest of the year we cater offices on Forest Hill, school and community events, parties and daily meal programs.
The kitchen
Everything we serve in Wellington is cooked from scratch that morning in our own kitchen, then delivered and set up by our own team.
Food that fits a show day
Jan to AprEarly starts, long days and people eating in shifts. Tell us when your people actually eat and that is when the food lands, whether that is breakfast at the barn or dinner after the last class.
A barn, a tent or a field
Full setupWe bring the trays, chafers and utensils and set up ready to serve, so the site does not need a kitchen behind it. Menus are built for where the food is going.

Questions
Do you cater during the equestrian season?
Yes, and it is the busiest thing we do in Wellington. Barn hospitality, sponsor and exhibitor events, tents and private entertaining. The season books up, so a date held early is worth more here than anywhere else we serve.
Can you deliver to a barn or a tent with no kitchen?
Yes, and it is our usual ground here. Trays, chafers and utensils come with us and the food arrives set up ready to serve. Outdoor sites call for a menu built to hold, which is part of how we plan it.
How early can you deliver on a show day?
As early as your day starts. Tell us the hour your people actually eat and that is when the food arrives, whether that is first thing at the barn or between classes.
Do you cater outside the season?
Yes, all year. Offices along Forest Hill, schools and community programs, private parties and standing daily meal programs. Most of the year here is ordinary catering and that is most of what we do.
Which areas near Wellington are on the same run?
Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee Groves, Greenacres, Lake Worth Beach and Westlake, all on routes we already drive.
Do you run daily meal programs for a barn through the season?
Yes. Breakfast, lunch and dinner on a fixed route, five rotating menus, and a dedicated chef for every diet and allergy. It runs the same way in February as it does in August.
