Catering in Riviera Beach
Riviera Beach is home. Our scratch kitchen is on Australian Avenue, and every meal we serve anywhere from Port St Lucie down through Broward is cooked in it. Weddings on Singer Island, events at the Marina Village, office lunches on Blue Heron, crew and staff feeding at the Port, and daily meal programs across the city.

Questions
Can we visit the kitchen?
Ask. It is a working kitchen on Australian Ave and it is busiest early in the day, but we would rather you saw where your food is cooked than took our word for it.
Do you cater on Singer Island?
Yes, regularly. Condo events, waterfront weddings and private parties on the island, and standing programs on the mainland side, all on the same day and the same routes.
Is there a minimum order?
Drop-off catering carries a $1,000 minimum. Daily meal programs have no minimum of any kind, whatever the count.
How much notice do you need?
Corporate and drop-off orders run on 72 hours of notice. A daily meal program can start the same day if the kitchen has the capacity, which is easier to arrange in the city the kitchen is in.
How late can we change an order here?
Later than anywhere else we deliver. The kitchen is in Riviera Beach, so an extra tray, or a diet somebody has just told you about, is usually a phone call rather than a problem.
Do you deliver to the marina and the Port of Palm Beach?
Yes, along with Blue Heron Boulevard, Ocean Mall, Broadway and the Lake Park line. All of it is minutes from the kitchen.
