The Town of Palm Beach keeps its own calendar and its own standards, and we cater to both. Private dinners and parties at houses along the ocean and the lake, receptions and galas through the season, club and committee events, and standing lunches for the offices and practices along Royal Poinciana Way and South County Road.

Everything we serve in Palm Beach is cooked from scratch that morning in our own kitchen across the water in Riviera Beach, then delivered and set up by our own team.
Most of it is a private home
Full servicePlated dinners, stations and passed hors d’oeuvres at houses along the ocean and the lake. Our own team brings what the kitchen there does not have, sets up, serves and clears, and the house is left the way it was found.
The season books early
Nov to AprFrom late autumn through spring the calendar fills and the best dates go first. Every event is priced on its own, so the date is worth holding before the menu is settled.

Questions
Where do you cook?
In our own kitchen in Riviera Beach, a few minutes across the water. Everything is cooked from scratch the morning it is served and brought over set up ready to serve.
Do you cater at the clubs on the island?
Yes. Clubs here have their own requirements for outside caterers and for access. Tell us the club when you book and we work to whatever they ask for.
Can you do a dinner for eight as well as a party for two hundred?
Yes, and both are ordinary here. A seated dinner at a house and a large reception are cooked in the same kitchen by the same chefs, to the same standard.
How far ahead should we book?
For the season, as early as you can. Dates fill from late autumn and every event is priced individually, so hold the date first and settle the menu after. Corporate and drop-off orders run on 72 hours of notice.
Do you work in the house kitchen or bring everything with you?
We arrive with the food cooked and with what it takes to hold and serve it: trays, chafers, utensils. Most of what we do on the island is in a private home, so the kitchen is somewhere to stage from rather than something we need.
Do you cover the towns south of the island?
Yes. Manalapan, South Palm Beach, Lantana and Hypoluxo are on the same coastal run.
