Treatment Center Catering
Feeding a treatment center takes a kitchen built for it. The count moves every day, the dietary list runs long and clinical, and meals anchor the structure of the day for people who are eating every one of them with you. We cook more than a thousand meals a day for detox, residential, partial hospitalization and outpatient programs across South Florida, and the whole operation is built around doing it well.
Built for this setting
Most of what leaves our kitchen goes to behavioral health and recovery programs. Everything about the program, from the menus to the routes to the way each diet is cooked and labeled, is built for that work.
Every level of care
Detox to OPDetox and withdrawal management, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient and outpatient, alongside sober living, halfway houses and transitional residences. Counts, service times and packing are different at each level, and the program is built to match.
A census that moves
DailyAdmissions and discharges change the number every day, so the number is not something you commit to in advance. Send the count you have and that is what we cook. A change that reaches us inside that meal’s window is cooked for, so someone who admits in the morning eats with everyone else that day.
Clinical diets are routine
Any listDiabetic, renal, pureed, gluten-free, dairy-free, nut-free, vegetarian, vegan, kosher friendly and halal friendly, each cooked separately by a dedicated chef and labeled by name, however long the list runs.
Food people look forward to
Every dayResidents eat with you three times a day for weeks at a time, so the food has to be worth sitting down to every one of those times. Five rotating menus, cooked from scratch the morning they go out, seasoned and presented with the same care as anything else that leaves this kitchen.
No minimum, any size
Any countA twelve bed sober living residence and a hundred bed campus run on the same program and the same price structure. There is no minimum count, no volume commitment, and no separate rate for being small.

Questions
Do you cater detox and residential treatment centers?
Yes, and it is the larger part of what we do. Detox, residential treatment and recovery residences of every size take breakfast, lunch and dinner on fixed daily routes timed to your service times, seven days a week, across St Lucie, Martin, Palm Beach and Broward counties.
We are a sober living home with twelve residents. Is that too small?
No. There is no minimum count and no volume commitment, and a small program runs on the same per-meal price as a large one. We deliver across Palm Beach and Broward every day, so size is not the question.
Our census changes every day. How does that work?
That is the normal case here, so nothing about the program assumes a fixed number. You send the count you have for each meal, and that is what we cook and what you are billed for. Nobody is estimating a month ahead and reconciling it later.
Can you cook for dual diagnosis and MAT programs?
Yes. Those populations usually bring a longer and more specific dietary list, and that is routine work for this kitchen. Send the restrictions with your counts and each one is cooked separately and labeled by name.
We are a PHP that serves one meal a day. Do you do that?
Yes. Programs take any combination of breakfast, lunch and dinner on any days of the week, and a partial day program taking one weekday lunch is an ordinary account here.
Do you run the whole meal program for a facility?
Yes. A full program covers breakfast, lunch and dinner seven days a week, with the menus, the delivery, the setup and every special diet handled here. Most programs want one point of contact and one invoice a week, and that is how it is set up.
What does a standing program include?
One agreed price per meal held for the term, one invoice a week, five rotating menus built around your population, and every special diet cooked separately and labeled by name. We deliver and set up: trays, chafers and utensils, ready to serve.
